67 KNOTS is an aviation related offshoot website of my personal home page (poddu.com). This website is meant for student pilots pursuing their Commercial Pilots License (CPL) in Canada. There's also a discussion board - Flight Training Notebook - students and instructors can post updates, chit chat, information etc here.
If you are not an aviator, the term 67 KNOTS may seem obscure. In aviation, this is the airspeed for best rate of climb for a Cessna 152 - my first training aircraft/

One of the first things we learn when we start flight training is Vy - airspeed for best rate of climb. In aviation, this is the airspeed flown to achieve the most gain in altitude against time, and is also closely associated with airspeed for best range and glide(in case of engine failure) airspeed.

I decided to take a new perspective on Vy - career in aviation! We always look to have the greatest gain in income over time, and an income that will sustain us for longer periods of time, and one that will take us forward even in case of downturn.

What better to name this aviation website to Vy. But Vy is a rather obscure name, and the name was not available for registration anyways. So I took 67knots. Why? The Vy on my first training aircraft, the Cessna 152, is 67 Knots (KIAS). You mention this number to any student pilot who flies a Cessna 152, they will know.
